Tucked in the British Virgin Islands just east of Virgin Gorda, Ginger Island is a small, uninhabited island covering around 1.5 square miles. It's part of the Sir Francis Drake Channel — a legendary sailing route flanked by volcanic peaks and turquoise waters. The island is mostly undeveloped, with rocky coastline, hidden coves, and a reef-lined south side that's a favourite with snorkellers and divers. It doesn't have a resident population of gingers.
