Refund policy

Most items at Jolly & Goode are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us a photograph of the faulty or damaged item and request a refund. 

The percentage of our orders that have a production error is 0.26% (less than 1%) because we have excellent quality control. In the rare cases where something has gone wrong, we will make it right. 

If your product is faulty or damaged, please email goodenessme@jollygoode.com and include a photograph of the item. For example, if it's a shirt, lay it out flat on a table and take a photo that shows the whole garment.  

* To complete your return or refund, we need to verify your purchase (we have a record of every purchase).
* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged. 

Items that are exempt from being returned:

* Gift cards
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

However, please note that all products sold by Jolly & Goode are made to order and produced specifically for you upon purchase. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. As our products are custom-printed on demand, they are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right.

This exemption does not affect your statutory rights in the event that a product arrives faulty or damaged. In that case, our standard returns process applies — please email us at goodenessme@jollygoode.com with a photograph of the item within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds 
We will notify you of the approval (or rejection) of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still haven’t received your refund, please email goodenessme@jollygoode.com.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Gifts
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you (electronically, it isn't a physical card). If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
