Shipping policy

We offer FREE delivery in the UK & US. Elsewhere, free delivery is available on orders over £30 (or the equivalent value in your currency—to shop in your currency use the currency selector in the header (desktop), main menu (mobile) or in the footer. Note: If a country isn't listed in our currency selector, we don't ship to it.

If you live in a place where Express is available, you'll have the option to pay more for an upgrade to Express. If Express isn't available in your area for whatever reason, you'll be offered the Standard, Flat, or Free option.

With any order, you'll be able to track your package by using the confirmation email and/or text that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your notification emails or texts after placing your order. Note, you may receive separate notifications for items sent from different locations. If you choose, you can also track your order using the Shop app by Shopify. 

The percentage of orders that have to be resent because there was a production error is 0.26%, which is indeed less than 1%, because we have excellent quality controls. If your product is faulty, email us at goodenessme@jollygoode.com.
