How delivery and shipping works at Jolly & Goode
Our products are delivered from facilities in the UK, EU and US. This reduces the carbon footprint of shipping, by producing the product as close to its destination as possible.
We offer free carbon-neutral delivery in the UK & US. Elsewhere, free carbon-neutral delivery is available with orders over 30 pounds or the equivalent value in the currency of your choice. Note: If a country isn't listed in our currency selector, we don't ship to it.
During the checkout process, shipping and delivery is calculated in real-time based on carrier rates. If you live in a place where Express is available, you'll have the option to pay more for an upgrade to Express. If Express isn't available in your area for whatever reason, you'll be offered the Free, Standard or Flat Rate option.
With any order, you'll be able to track your package by using the confirmation email and/or text that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your notification emails or texts after placing your order. Note, you may receive separate notifications for items sent from different locations.
To return any items to us, you would have to pay for return shipping and delivery. See our Refund policy.
